About the role
- Support our international team at SAWOO in community-building efforts through outreach and event participation via LinkedIn and email. Requires C1 level German and English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Unterstütze unser Team beim Community-Aufbau über LinkedIn und E-Mail
- Versand vorformulierter Einladungsnachrichten
- Betreuung der LinkedIn- und E-Mail-Postfächer
- Identifikation und gezielte Ansprache von Personen
- Pflege und kontinuierliche Aktualisierung unserer Community-Datenbank (CRM)
- Kommunikation mit Community-Hosts zur Vergabe ihrer To-dos.
Requirements
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im administrativen Bereich
- Du schreibst und sprichst Deutsch und Englisch auf min. C1 Level
- zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- sicher im Umgang mit Computer und Internet
- geeigneter Remote-Arbeitsplatz mit schnellem Internet und ruhiger Umgebung
- Bereitschaft, ein- bis zweimal im Jahr zu Firmentreffen im Ausland zu reisen.
