Act as the subject matter expert for OtC and FSCM processes and platform capabilities.
Maintain up-to-date platform documentation and localized training materials aligned with approved BRD (Business Requirements Document).
Lead platform testing and deliver training to key users across different operating companies (OpCo).
Own the Pre-Prepare process: finalize stream-specific questionnaires, analyze outputs, and participate in workshops to populate the Business Impact Tracker.
Support planning and execution of deep-dive sessions and contribute to Fit-to-Standard workshop readiness.
Review and ensure BRDs align with defined templates and process standards.
Prepare and coordinate configuration templates for OtC/FSCM process areas.
Drive OpCo-level System Integration Testing (SIT), and support UAT planning and execution.
Lead key-user training delivery and support end-user training (EUT/KUT) activities.
Provide input for data mapping, data enrichment, and cutover strategy.
Contribute to change impact assessments and role mapping workshops; validate role assignments against business needs.
Participate in Day-in-a-Life (DILO) sessions and support review and execution of the cutover plan.
Actively support Cutover & Conversion (C&C), ramp-up, and hypercare phases, including issue tracking and resolution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or other related studies (Finance or Management Accounting or Management Information Systems)
Relevant experience in Finance/Accounting in SSC/BPO environment
Relevant experience in End-to-end OTC knowledge including Credit, Billing, Cash Applications, including Bank receipts.
SAP Financial Supply Chain Management (SAP FSCM) experience.
Process (end-to-end) oriented thinking, planning and organization skills, analytical and conceptual thinking.
Stakeholder management skills: managing different stakeholder groups across Functions and Operating Companies with communication skills.
Training and Change management skills: conducting training, developing training materials and supporting change to new ways of working.
