About the role

  • Drive the end-to-end execution of Salesforce’s restructuring and site closure programs
  • Design, refine, and scale program strategies to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with executive business priorities
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate the restructuring and closure processes
  • Serve as the central point of contact and project manager for all restructuring and site closure activities
  • Build and deliver a comprehensive communication strategy and toolkit for ESBPs and stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders
  • Partner with senior leadership and Strategic Workforce and Organizational Planning team to operationalize and communicate key organizational health initiatives

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10+ years of progressive HR experience
  • at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on large-scale organizational design, change management, or restructuring
  • Strong project and program management skills
  • Deep understanding of HR business processes and technology
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions
