Responsibilities
Drive the end-to-end execution of Salesforce’s restructuring and site closure programs
Design, refine, and scale program strategies to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with executive business priorities
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate the restructuring and closure processes
Serve as the central point of contact and project manager for all restructuring and site closure activities
Build and deliver a comprehensive communication strategy and toolkit for ESBPs and stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders
Partner with senior leadership and Strategic Workforce and Organizational Planning team to operationalize and communicate key organizational health initiatives
Requirements
A minimum of 10+ years of progressive HR experience
at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on large-scale organizational design, change management, or restructuring
Strong project and program management skills
Deep understanding of HR business processes and technology
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions
