Responsibilities
Lead the Customer Due Diligence/Onboarding Strategy team by managing end-to-end KYC/onboarding requirements
Execute on the Customer Due Diligence agenda for a seamless banker and customer journey
Define and implement optimal processes for financial crime and onboarding
Work with various enterprise programs and operations for a seamless view of current state
Build and deliver on strategic state and ongoing developments and maintenance
Requirements
Knowledge and understanding of the Financial Crime and KYC regulatory landscape (AML, CTF, etc.)
Demonstrates a strong customer focus, consistently championing for better outcomes for customers through proactive risk management, service excellence, and ethical decision-making
A forward-thinker who envisions the broader landscape when dealing with the current landscape and/or limitations
Strong ability to drive practical application of financial crime policies and procedures with the banker and customer focus
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration
Extensive experience in risk, financial crime, fraud or remediation roles
