About the role

  • Oracle Functional Consultant implementing SCM solutions, leading Oracle Fusion SCM projects, and providing user training. Collaborating to ensure project deliverables meet expectations in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and provide solutions to meet business needs.
  • Lead and support Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, including system design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Configure and customize SCM modules such as Inventory Management, Order Management, Product Master Data Management, Supply Chain Orchestration, and Procurement.
  • Conduct user training and create documentation for SCM processes and configurations.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations for scope, budget, quality, and schedule.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, information technology, or a related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules and sub-modules.
  • At least 2 end-to-end implementation experiences with Oracle Fusion SCM.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage client relationships effectively.
