Responsibilities

  • Manages day to day operations of Supervisors with 25 virtual assistants with varying clientele
  • Accountable for reduction of customer churn via effective coaching of team members to ensure quality output
  • Amenable to 2x a week office work

Requirements

  • Prior experience in relevant field (minimum 3 years)
  • Must have track record of solid Analytical Thinking, Decision Making, Coaching for Improved Performance
