About the role

  • Operations Administrator assisting Project Managers and operations staff with administrative tasks at Pref-Tech. Responsibilities include procurement, scheduling, and compliance tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Enter Purchase Orders for Project Managers after they have sent you the BOM (Bill of Materials)
  • Track Order Confirmations
  • Liaise with Accounting team to ensure operations team compliance
  • Assist with pay apps
  • Enable assist with end-of-project closeout deliverables (warranties, O&M manuals, etc.)
  • Enable/assist PMs with project deliverables (product data submittals, job-specific safety certs, job specific badging, etc.)
  • Schedule and maintain training records
  • Backup to Warehouse Associate (general receiving duties as needed)

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • At least 3 years relevant administrative experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to hold others accountable to completing their assigned tasks, even if they hold positions of greater responsibility.
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office 365 software tools.
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and build on current skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
