Responsibilities
Enter Purchase Orders for Project Managers after they have sent you the BOM (Bill of Materials)
Track Order Confirmations
Liaise with Accounting team to ensure operations team compliance
Assist with pay apps
Enable assist with end-of-project closeout deliverables (warranties, O&M manuals, etc.)
Enable/assist PMs with project deliverables (product data submittals, job-specific safety certs, job specific badging, etc.)
Schedule and maintain training records
Backup to Warehouse Associate (general receiving duties as needed)
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
At least 3 years relevant administrative experience.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to hold others accountable to completing their assigned tasks, even if they hold positions of greater responsibility.
Fluency with Microsoft Office 365 software tools.
Willingness to take on new challenges and build on current skills.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
