About the role

  • Manage operational practices for Salesforce project delivery and efficiency at Minsait. Ensure governance and coordination across multidisciplinary teams while leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational management of the practice, ensuring efficiency, quality and scalability in the delivery of Salesforce projects and services.
  • Ensure consistent execution of operations, maintaining a high level of governance, organization and performance in support contracts (AMS), implementations, rollouts and integrations.
  • Directly manage processes, people, metrics and continuous improvement.
  • Lead the day-to-day Salesforce operations, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs; structure and monitor operational and financial performance indicators.
  • Act as the link between project, AMS, commercial teams and clients, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
  • Support resource sizing and allocation according to demand and priorities.
  • Promote standardization of processes, methodologies and best practices in operational governance.
  • Identify risks and propose mitigation plans.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, profitability and delivery quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT.
  • Strong experience in managing operations and services related to the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service, Marketing Cloud and MuleSoft).
  • Knowledge of agile delivery methodologies and support/maintenance models (AMS).
  • Experience managing complex contracts and large-scale technology operations.
  • Ability to interpret margin, cost and profitability metrics and to manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Advanced English is mandatory; Spanish is desirable.
  • Preferred: Salesforce certifications and prior experience leading operations in large enterprises.
