Manage operational practices for Salesforce project delivery and efficiency at Minsait. Ensure governance and coordination across multidisciplinary teams while leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead the operational management of the practice, ensuring efficiency, quality and scalability in the delivery of Salesforce projects and services.
Ensure consistent execution of operations, maintaining a high level of governance, organization and performance in support contracts (AMS), implementations, rollouts and integrations.
Directly manage processes, people, metrics and continuous improvement.
Lead the day-to-day Salesforce operations, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs; structure and monitor operational and financial performance indicators.
Act as the link between project, AMS, commercial teams and clients, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
Support resource sizing and allocation according to demand and priorities.
Promote standardization of processes, methodologies and best practices in operational governance.
Identify risks and propose mitigation plans.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, profitability and delivery quality.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT.
Strong experience in managing operations and services related to the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service, Marketing Cloud and MuleSoft).
Knowledge of agile delivery methodologies and support/maintenance models (AMS).
Experience managing complex contracts and large-scale technology operations.
Ability to interpret margin, cost and profitability metrics and to manage multidisciplinary teams.
Advanced English is mandatory; Spanish is desirable.
Preferred: Salesforce certifications and prior experience leading operations in large enterprises.
