About the role
- Operational Assistant managing routine operations for education material deliveries and customer support at Bernoulli Educação. Engaging with clients and ensuring data accuracy across digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Handle the operational routine including receipt, inspection, approval, shipment and tracking of orders using e-mail, the RM Núcleos system and control spreadsheets, with the goal of ensuring accurate and excellent delivery of materials to the customer.
- Provide service by phone, e-mail and digital platform to internal and external customers in order to provide information and resolve questions.
- Support updating the digital CRM platform by maintaining customer registration data and recording entries, incidents and complaints, in order to keep partner information up to date.
- Assist in registering new products using the RM Núcleos system to make these products available for future order placement.
- Monitor updates to contracts, terms and supply orders, sending the PDF file by e-mail to ensure the customer receives the physical copy with the proper signatures.
- Prepare and update client-specific control spreadsheets, such as print-run, availability and payment calendars, using Microsoft Excel and the digital CRM platform to meet partner schools' demands.
- Process and manage return orders so that shipping/inspection teams have access to authorized items, using the RM Núcleos system to increase accuracy of information between departments and the customer.
- Participate in BSE fairs and events, assisting with participant reception and accreditation and ensuring excellent service.
- Support pedagogical assistance with implementation, sending, monitoring and delivery of analysis orders via the RM Núcleos system and Microsoft Excel to serve customers wishing to expand segments.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma required; university studies in progress.
- Specific knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with the TOTVS RM system is desirable.
