About the role

  • Operations Associate supporting client operations and managing internal processes. Overseeing projects, improving workflows, and solving real-time operational challenges in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as point of contact for client requests and ensure follow-through on action items.
  • Own and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Streamline and improve internal processes; create and maintain clear documentation.
  • Maintain and update task lists to keep projects on track and stakeholders aligned.
  • Solve problems in real-time and proactively create solutions to operational challenges.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, or an administrative role.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
  • Comfortable with shifting priorities and managing competing deadlines.
  • Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Asana, and Slack is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with tax and/or accounting concepts is a plus.
