Responsibilities
- Propose strategies and implement sustainable, structural measures
- Promote and facilitate the development of Lean methodology and culture
- Coordinate the delivery of strategic projects
- Intervene on projects with complex challenges
- Support and advise project stakeholders
- Lead and coordinate Kaizen-style workshops
- Contribute to the implementation of an integrated performance management system
- Help produce management dashboards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: business administration, engineering, or another related discipline
- Eight (8) years of experience in continuous improvement
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
- Experience in a consulting role with large organizations
- Knowledge of Agile project management
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent command of French; bilingual (French-English) is an asset
- Comfortable using Office 365 collaboration tools
