About the role

Responsibilities
- Inform and support project founders in starting or taking over a business
- Provide one-on-one support: inform, advise and monitor project founders, and refer them to specialist services
- Prepare financial forecasts and business plans
- Lead information sessions on business creation and takeover
- Deliver training in management and commercial development
- Assist with preparing and follow-up of applications for financial aid
- Promote the network's service offering
- Advise and support business owners in the Vichy area
- Inform and assist business owners in developing their activities
- Deliver training on specialized topics according to the recruit's specific expertise
- Represent and promote the artisan sector within the agency's territory
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher in business management, economics and/or law
- Initial experience in a support network for project founders and companies or in the banking sector
- Recognized for your adaptability and ability to anticipate
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Commercial awareness
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
