About the role

  • Procurement of goods and services based on internal bank regulations
  • Liaise with local clients regarding purchasing queries and Purchase Order status
  • Ensure that all related filing is always kept up to date
  • Select appropriate vendors where the bank does not have a preferred vendor
  • Liaise with vendors to resolve pricing and delivery issues
  • Work closely with other Procurement functions in Prague
  • Steer the local Facility Management Provider to ensure smooth daily FM operations including technical/IT rooms
  • Coordinate Service Vendors for maintenance works
  • Liaise with Landlord for local facility services and real estate management
  • Coordinate with other Departments on space planning, leasing and office space requirements
  • Responsibility for carbon-footprint, eco-management and sustainability aspects
  • Responsibility for health and safety tasks in line with local regulations
  • Cooperate with HQ functions to ensure physical security (access, CCTV, BCM, key management)

  • Experience working in an international team and with international customers
