About the role

  • Collect, enter, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making and monitor the application of management policies and practices.
  • Develop and present recommendations.
  • Assess risks and prepare written reports.
  • Prepare recommendations and advise on implementation strategies.
  • Assist in preparing and proposing operational solutions and action plans to address issues in accordance with rules and parameters.
  • Design and document tools, methods, and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in French is required
  • Intermediate level of English due to the nature of the duties, tools used, or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members, and/or clients
