  • Senior Change Analyst at Marsh Risk responsible for delivering change initiatives. Leading development of change management strategies across diverse business units and locations with a focus on stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive change impact analyses to understand what’s changing, why, when and for whom
  • Identify and engage impacted stakeholders across diverse business units and locations, analysing change from current to future state
  • Develop and implement targeted change management plans including stakeholder engagement, communication, training and adoption
  • Monitor and manage change risks, resistance and adoption progress, adapting plans to ensure successful delivery
  • Drive integration of change management activities into project delivery plans, ensuring seamless execution and measurable outcomes
  • Facilitate clear communication between technical teams and business units to enable effective implementation of change

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a change analyst with a strong delivery focus
  • Relevant experience in roles such as Business Analyst or Project Manager
  • Deep knowledge of change management methodologies, tools and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, complex environment
