About the role

  • Onboarding Property Manager facilitating the transition of landlord portfolios at LRG. Focused on relationship-building, accurate documentation, and collaboration with internal teams in property management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new property portfolios with passion and precision
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with landlords by communicating clearly and professionally
  • Support the Lettings team by consistently updating them on onboarding progress
  • Proactively track onboarding milestones and monitor property portfolio statuses
  • Compile accurate weekly reports detailing onboarding progress and flag any outstanding documentation
  • Collaborate with internal departments to uphold robust onboarding processes
  • Carry out a range of general administration duties with integrity and attention to detail

Requirements

  • Previous experience in property management (preferred but not essential)
  • Proven ability to manage complex administrative tasks and timelines
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Competency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
  • Experience with Reapit (preferred but not essential)
