Responsibilities
Support and advise the business and management as set out in the risk management process – ensuring that non-financial risks are mitigated and proactively avoiding events that can lead to loss
Ensure trustworthiness for SEB’s customers and the financial market
Be responsible for governing, coordinating, and supporting the business line in the risk management process
Collaborate with Risk Managers end-to-end throughout the whole business process and reach out to subject matter experts such as product or process experts
Be responsible for supporting the organization with the knowledge to work in a structured way to identify risks, that is to say how to use the tools provided by the second line of defense
Structure efficient workshops for large and small groups
Requirements
Graduated within the past two years, or will graduate before the programme starts on 1st September 2026 – from a relevant academic degree
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to take ownership
Excellent communication skills and to be able to work in English
Are a team player with a positive attitude, being good at building relationships and inducing trust with stakeholders at all levels
Are independent and take initiative – and able to multi-task and getting things done
Are solution-oriented, proactive and forward-thinking
