Responsibilities
- Support and advise the business and management as set out in the risk management process – ensuring that non-financial risks are mitigated and proactively avoiding events that can lead to loss
- Ensure trustworthiness for SEB’s customers and the financial market
- Be responsible for governing, coordinating, and supporting the business line in the risk management process
- Collaborate with Risk Managers end-to-end throughout the whole business process and reach out to subject matter experts such as product or process experts
- Be responsible for supporting the organization with the knowledge to work in a structured way to identify risks, that is to say how to use the tools provided by the second line of defense
- Structure efficient workshops for large and small groups
Requirements
- Graduated within the past two years, or will graduate before the programme starts on 1st September 2026 – from a relevant academic degree
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to take ownership
- Excellent communication skills and to be able to work in English
- Are a team player with a positive attitude, being good at building relationships and inducing trust with stakeholders at all levels
- Are independent and take initiative – and able to multi-task and getting things done
- Are solution-oriented, proactive and forward-thinking
