About the role
- Oversee and manage the operational aspects of medium-scale projects from initiation through implementation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as a key liaison between project management, planning, project teams, and line management to ensure flawless project execution.
- Develop and maintain accurate project planning documentation for assigned projects, including timelines and resource allocation.
- Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and manage dependencies while providing transparent reporting to stakeholders in line with project governance.
- Communicate effectively across teams and global leadership, ensuring alignment and timely resolution of issues.
- Perform other project-related duties as required.
- Support process improvement initiatives and contribute in non-project-related activities as needed.
Requirements
- Completed technical degree or comparable education.
- 5+years of professional experience in project management.
- Strong knowledge of PMO practices, tools, and methodologies.
- Experience in global manufacturing environments preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.).
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong communication and Proven ability to build interpersonal abilities with a collaborative mindset
- Strong resilience in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus but not required.
