About the role

  • Media & Marketing Project Manager managing media projects for B2B communications in energy infrastructure. Collaborating on design, content, and stakeholder engagement while maintaining corporate identity.

Responsibilities

  • Project management of media productions: planning, coordination and control of design, graphics and video projects
  • Conceptualization and implementation of media formats for the B2B sector, especially for communicating technical or complex content
  • Editorial collaboration on content development, e.g. through storyboards, briefings or copy concepts
  • Development of guidelines, standards and processes for the production and use of image and video material
  • Reviewing, structuring and evaluating media assets for efficient reuse across different channels
  • Quality assurance and enforcement of brand guidelines to ensure consistent implementation of corporate identity across all media projects

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, communications, media management, business administration or related field
  • Experience in project management within media, communications or marketing, ideally in a technology or B2B environment
  • Structured, solution-oriented organizational skills with an understanding of creative processes
  • Understanding of visual communication, design and storytelling — including for complex, technical subjects
  • Confident communication skills and experience coordinating multiple stakeholders
  • Strong sense for design, imagery and cross-media coherence
  • Basic knowledge of media production (e.g. video, graphics, print)
