Responsibilities
- Schedule and planning across multiple teams.
- Coordinate internal and external development and test resources and working with resource managers and other project managers to insure proper staffing, project agreement and integration.
- The Sr. Project Manager role coordinates and manages multiple development projects through all phases of the development lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, release and closing.
- The Sr. Project Manager role may help develop business and marketing strategies optimizing the performance of our products.
- The Sr. Project Manager will lead the project responsibility for defining project priorities, delivery of project expectations, and identifying and mitigating issues and risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- 5+ years of experience in a Project Management Role
- PMP certification
- Lean Six Sigma or Greenbelt Certification
- 3+ years of process improvement experience
- Experience with Change Management processes and ADKAR methodology.
- Previous experience managing technology projects such as SaaS or IaaS
- Similar industry experience such as technical knowledge in industrial controls, new product design, hardware/software, product testing, manufacturing, continuation and product life cycle engineering.
