Responsibilities
New Business Consultant focused on the B2C channel vertical
Commercial process
Organize full financial analyses of companies using financial statements (balance sheet and income statement - DRE)
Prepare company (prospect) summaries and briefings and formulate hypotheses for discovery meetings
Exchange emails with prospects and partners to qualify business opportunities and advance negotiations
Conduct commercial meetings with prospects
Consistently update the CRM tool (HubSpot) according to ongoing negotiations
Architect customized proposals (scope, timeline, deliverables, compensation) in alignment with technical teams
Lead and manage the end-to-end commercial process through to closing new business
Draft contract clauses and contract drafts from Word templates
Management activities
Use Artificial Intelligence to improve processes and solve problems
Coordinate internal tasks (checklists, governance) and internal projects
Requirements
Experience in one or more of Galapos’s services (Strategic Consulting, M&A, Government Incentives)
Proficient with Office Suite applications (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) to build presentations, spreadsheets, and complex documents
Ability to write emails and texts with clarity and concision (corporate communication)
Clear and persuasive communication skills for leading meetings with prospects
Perform company analyses based on corporate finance metrics (revenue, costs, expenses, margins)
Ability to operate a CRM tool end-to-end: deal creation and management, required properties, tasks, and basic reporting
Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Law, or a related field
