Responsibilities
Design and implement network infrastructures using tools like Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper, Aruba and Arista Networks.
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs, and SD-WAN solutions to ensure reliable network connectivity and security.
Perform network security assessments and implement necessary measures to safeguard network environments.
Deploy and maintain Aruba ClearPass for network access control, authentication, and policy enforcement.
Work with cloud-based technologies such as VMware NSX, Cisco ACI, and Juniper Contrail for SDN and network virtualization.
Automate network tasks using tools like Ansible, Terraform, and other automation frameworks.
Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective actions proactively.
Manage and upgrade network hardware and software to keep up with technological advancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of network systems with other IT infrastructures.
Assist in network security measures using advanced solutions like Palo Alto, Check Point, and Zscaler.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, network engineering, information technology, telecommunications, or a related field.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
Experience: 5+ years in network engineering, with hands-on experience in a variety of networking technologies, including Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper, and Arista.
Certifications: Minimum certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSE (or equivalent). Higher-level certifications like CCIE or Fortinet NSE 4/5/6 are a plus.
Network Expertise: Strong background in routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and network security.
Security Knowledge: Understanding of network security protocols, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and secure remote access solutions.
Automation Skills: Familiarity with network automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Python scripting for network configuration management.
Troubleshooting: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve network-related issues effectively.
Collaboration: Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
