Requirements
A strong motion portfolio that clearly demonstrates the role of concept, strong design fundamentals and an understanding of audiences and their motivations.
5+ years of motion-focused experience (agency or in-house a plus)
Passion for building and evolving cohesive visual systems, with an eye for detail
A proactive, collaborative mindset—able to self-start projects and keep the team in the loop
Comfortable in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple projects and timelines
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence speaking to all aspects of your work
Fluent in creating production-ready files with industry standard tools such as After Effects, Cinema4D, Blender, Lottie and Figma. Experience with code-based motion languages such as WebGL is a plus.
