About the role

Responsibilities
- verantwortungsvoll und qualifiziert die Aufträge nationaler und internationaler Kunden bearbeiten
- Unterstützung der Exportsparte in der Erstellung von Versand- und Zollpapieren
- Kundenkontakt telefonisch und schriftlich bei laufenden Aufträgen
- Bearbeitung auftragsbezogener Reklamationen
- Teilnahme an Projekten mit eigenen Ideen einbringen
- allgemeine Büroarbeiten im Vertrieb
Requirements
- erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
- einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Auftragsbearbeitung mit Kundenkontakt
- sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gerne auch weitere Fremdsprachen
- sicher im Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket (insbesondere Excel)
- fundierte ERP-Anwenderkenntnisse
