About the role

  • Working student in sales at a rapidly growing Mobility-Tech startup. Responsible for prospecting and outbound calls while collaborating with marketing and sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • You research and qualify potential customers (prospecting)
  • You make outbound calls — always with a clear structure and objective
  • You use tools such as Amplemarket, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot and AI-assisted workflows
  • You test new messaging approaches and determine what truly works — always data-driven
  • You work closely with the Head of Marketing, the founders and our AE (Account Executive) team

Requirements

  • You have no hesitation picking up the phone — on the contrary: you enjoy it
  • You speak fluent German and are confident using English in a professional context
  • You are persistent, don’t give up at the first “no” and follow up consistently
  • You have the drive to develop a real career in sales — not just on the side
  • You work in a structured, data-driven way, think proactively and want to actively contribute to growth
  • Initial experience in outbound sales, recruiting or in a startup environment is a plus
