About the role
- Midweight Motion Designer specializing in Motion and Paid Ads for Skin + Me. Focused on delivering high-quality creative and innovative animations for various marketing channels.
Responsibilities
- Be a champion and guardian of our visual brand identity to deliver consistently high-quality creative across all touchpoints
- Design captivating assets from ideation to delivery for our organic social channels to help build a community of brand advocates
- Conception and execution of animations and short videos to be used across our paid marketing channels, such as Instagram, Facebook, PR, OOH and more
- Work closely with others in the Brand & Creative Team to bring innovative ideas to the table
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to consistently deliver high-quality work
Requirements
- Strong experience within the beauty, skincare, health or wellness industries is preferable
- Exceptional animation and video-editing skills are essential
- Excellent knowledge of the full Adobe suite is a requirement (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, PremierePro and After Effects)
- You will have a meticulous eye for detail, coupled with the ability and willingness to work in a fast paced start-up environment
- You will be a highly creative individual with an open minded and receptive approach to innovating and iterating your designs
- You will have strong collaboration skills to work closely with Copy, Growth and NPD teams
- Broad experience designing various digital marketing beauty campaigns
- Experience in, or an eagerness to learn, the CRM software Klaviyo to build our creative emails
- Familiarity with, or an openness to exploring, AI-powered design and animation tools to enhance creativity, streamline workflows, and experiment with new ways of storytelling
