About the role

  • HR Analyst responsible for entire recruitment processes at Telefônica in São Paulo. Fostering talent attraction and quality in hiring practices.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment and selection of administrative positions, ensuring process quality and SLA (Time to Fill - TTF) for both external and internal processes;
  • Ensure quality in the conduct and execution of processes under your responsibility, including accurate recording of selection processes in tracking and management tools;
  • Focus on continuous improvement and market best practices;
  • Act as a champion and promoter of the Talent Attraction team’s internal policies and procedures;
  • Work consultatively and strategically, using data analysis;
  • Promote quality, agility and accuracy in recruitment and selection processes across different portfolios;
  • Monitor and report on selection processes, identifying the best talent attraction channels (social media, personal networks, educational institutions, recruitment providers, etc.);
  • Track indicators and KPIs for the roles under your responsibility;
  • Collaborate and work effectively as part of a team.

Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment and selection
  • Proficient with sourcing/hunting tools as well as other recruitment channels
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Knowledge of project methodologies and continuous improvement is a plus
