Responsibilities

• Act as an interface between regional centers (polos) and corporate academic areas;
• Manage academic processes and performance indicators;
• Keep academic information up to date and support regional analyses;
• Manage faculty recruitment and hiring processes;
• Provide support in academic planning;

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Pedagogy, Educational Management, or related fields;
• Experience supporting educational centers/campuses, academic processes, and faculty recruitment;
• Experience in institutional relationship management and coordination between academic and administrative areas;
• Knowledge of performance indicators and examination processes;
• Field experience (visits to centers or educational units);
• Plus: Postgraduate degree.
