Requirements
- Experience as a Product Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating leadership in complex, multidisciplinary projects, preferably in educational platforms or the healthcare sector.
- Technical skills: Mastery of Figma and advanced prototyping tools.
- Experience creating and implementing scalable design systems.
- Deep knowledge of web and mobile frameworks (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines).
- Methodologies: Strong command of design methodologies, including Design Thinking and workshop facilitation techniques.
- Research and UX: Proven experience leading user research, defining validation methods, and implementing data-driven insights to inform the product roadmap.
- Strategic Communication: Proven ability to communicate design vision and advocate for complex decisions to technical and executive stakeholders, including formal presentations and structured documentation.
- Accessibility: Expertise in WCAG guidelines, implementing accessibility practices, and creating inclusive designs for diverse user groups.
- Leadership: Experience mentoring design teams and influencing product decisions through high-quality design artifacts.
- Plus: Experience designing for educational platforms with specialized content.
- Plus: Experience using Generative AI in both the design process and product solutions.
