About the role

  • Designer UX PL responsible for creating effective digital experiences through research and prototyping in São Paulo. Collaborating with teams to ensure user experience and interface alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to map behaviors and identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Structure user journeys, user flows and medium-fidelity interactive prototypes;
  • Run and interpret usability tests, turning results into practical improvement actions;
  • Collaborate with UI designers and developers to ensure consistency between experience and interface;
  • Support the maintenance and evolution of the Design System with a focus on user experience;
  • Actively participate in the conception, definition and prioritization of features with product teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
  • Graphic design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes and interface designs;
  • Certification in UX/UI design;
  • Responsive design, accessibility and interaction design principles;
  • Creation of interaction designs, wireframes, wireflows, and usability/navigation testing;
  • Execution of A/B tests and experiments to optimize conversion;
  • Design methodologies and agile methodologies.
