About the role
- Designer UX PL responsible for creating effective digital experiences through research and prototyping in São Paulo. Collaborating with teams to ensure user experience and interface alignment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to map behaviors and identify opportunities for improvement;
- Structure user journeys, user flows and medium-fidelity interactive prototypes;
- Run and interpret usability tests, turning results into practical improvement actions;
- Collaborate with UI designers and developers to ensure consistency between experience and interface;
- Support the maintenance and evolution of the Design System with a focus on user experience;
- Actively participate in the conception, definition and prioritization of features with product teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
- Graphic design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes and interface designs;
- Certification in UX/UI design;
- Responsive design, accessibility and interaction design principles;
- Creation of interaction designs, wireframes, wireflows, and usability/navigation testing;
- Execution of A/B tests and experiments to optimize conversion;
- Design methodologies and agile methodologies.
