About the role
- Managing scheduling and staffing for Atento's clients in the Oliveira Coutinho unit. Responsible for WFM operations and overall planning deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Schedule generation – following NR17;
- Registering new operators;
- Maintenance of operator records;
- Support for operations and the Capacity team;
- Handling demand requests via SIGA;
- Coordinating training with the responsible team;
- Analysis and reporting of area KPIs.
Requirements
