About the role
- Schedule generation – following NR17;
- Registering new operators;
- Maintenance of operator records;
- Support for operations and the Capacity team;
- Handling demand requests via SIGA;
- Coordinating training with the responsible team;
- Analysis and reporting of area KPIs.
Requirements
- Be an Atento employee meeting the company's minimum tenure requirement (within the group of eligible positions and Remuneration Policy NI-002);

- Currently pursuing a university degree (updated in POL);
- Knowledge of planning area routines;
