About the role

  • Plan and run media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest Business, TikTok Business, among other platforms).
  • Support the development of integrated (online) media strategy.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and implement continuous optimizations, including budget management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, creative, BI, projects, Web Analytics) and external vendors/media outlets.
  • Perform channel and audience diagnostics to guide media investment strategies.
  • Create and analyze performance reports (KPIs, ROI, CPA, CTR, etc.).
  • Periodically present results to clients and/or internal leadership.
  • Develop performance reports and comparative studies (benchmarks, competitors, market trends).

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience analyzing CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of GA Universal and GA4.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, Twitter Ads.
  • Knowledge of Data Studio.
  • Knowledge of Programmatic Media.
  • Knowledge of Power BI.
