About the role

  • Marketing Analyst responsible for managing B2B partnerships at ConectCar. Focused on strategic collaboration and communication throughout the customer acquisition journey.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor strategic partnerships: responsible for the ongoing management of strategic partnerships, ensuring all activities are aligned with the company's objectives and priorities.
  • Work within a multidisciplinary squad;
  • Lead customer acquisition through B2B partnerships (sales channels and white-label), planning, managing, and executing initiatives focused on both individual (B2C) and corporate (B2B) customers;
  • Support teams involved in the customer acquisition and activation journey, understanding their needs and collaborating on solutions to further improve the customer experience;
  • Regularly report ongoing activities to the stakeholder teams;
  • Define, structure, and measure KPIs, monitor and analyze results, and develop corrective action plans for campaigns and company initiatives;
  • Validate and approve partner marketing materials and packaging, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and correct messaging to the target audience;
  • Manage signage materials with partners and/or the Logistics team;
  • Manage channel budgets and cost per acquisition (CPA), ensuring financial resource optimization and maximized return on investment;
  • Develop a communication plan for partnership launches in collaboration with partners;
  • Prepare detailed briefs for acquisition and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in Marketing, preferably with B2B partnerships;
  • Ability to plan, execute, and manage marketing (online and offline) and communication projects;
  • Analytical skills to interpret area and company metrics, generate insights, and define action plans;
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google, Bing, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.);
  • Experience specifying and managing production of graphic materials;
  • Budget management and control;
  • Knowledge of the customer lifecycle, including the marketing funnel;
  • Relationship marketing;
  • Knowledge of CRM, Product, and Technology.
