About the role

  • Analista de Negócios de Integrações Pleno integrating accounting processes for newly acquired companies to ensure compliance. Participate in transition projects and manage stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the accounting integration of newly acquired companies, ensuring adherence to the company's standards from the first close;
  • Participate in transition and integration (M&A) projects, contributing to the mapping of processes, data, and accounting rules;
  • Conduct meetings and alignments with internal and external stakeholders (IT, tax, controllership, local teams), ensuring a clear understanding of deliverables and deadlines;
  • Support the definition of business drivers and the structuring of From–To (De-Para) mapping matrices for accounting processes;
  • Perform system integration tests, validating the correct automation of accounting postings;
  • Monitor the performance of new operations post-Go Live, providing accounting technical support and helping stabilize processes;
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing lessons learned and standardizations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting;
  • Experience with accounting close and reconciliations;
  • Advanced Excel;
  • Availability to travel;
  • Experience with RM (TOTVS) system is a plus;
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus;
  • Experience in a Shared Services Center is a plus;
  • Experience with integration projects, system migrations, or ERP implementations is a differential.
