Responsibilities
Analyze business needs to define IT solutions.
Lead / prepare / participate in business requirements workshops to specify IT solutions.
Make impact analysis and effort estimates to advocate, get approval, then document the IT solution using effective methods and interacting with both business users and the IT project team.
Support the development of solutions and monitor the velocity of the team.
Support test quality assurance activities and user acceptance tests.
Support Product Owners in handling their backlogs and prioritize work to be done.
Document User Stories effectively so they can be clearly understood by Front End, Back End developers and Quality Assurance.
Identify and convey the impacts on Business processes to support change management in Business units via train the trainer documents and procedures.
Build a solid, reusable and thorough system documentation to be used by any stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or any combination of equivalent education and experience
Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
Project experiences in Scrum mode
Experience and knowledge in the insurance field, an asset
Experience and knowledge of applications in a web
Mastery of JIRA, Confluence & DNG
