About the role
- Develop and maintain management reports, control dashboards, and performance indicators (KPIs);
- Generate and process datasets for the billing team and other related areas;
- Create executive presentations for management, board meetings, and committees;
- Support analysis of financial and operational results, proposing improvements and insights;
- Automate processes and structure control spreadsheets with a focus on efficiency and accuracy;
- Ensure the integrity, consistency, and currency of information used in reports and dashboards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in billing for legal services;
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and automations;
- Advanced knowledge of Access, SQL, and Python for data manipulation and analysis;
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in Power BI, with the ability to create and update dashboards;
- Advanced PowerPoint skills, with the ability to develop executive-level presentations and visuals;
- Creative, analytical, and proactive profile with strong communication skills and results orientation.
- Desired:
- Experience in automating financial processes;
- Familiarity with performance indicators and budgetary control;
- Understanding of data storytelling and strategic information visualization.
