About the role

  • Ensure the maintenance and continuity of all modules and functionalities of the Newcon ERP;
  • Handle and manage support tickets related to the Consortium business and the Newcon ERP, both internally and with the vendor;
  • Conduct studies of existing configurations and functionalities that may meet requests, and report/advise the involved areas about existing features that can fulfill the requirements;
  • Management and acceptance testing (homologation) of the Newcon ERP system;
  • Participate in projects related to the Newcon ERP;
  • Administration of access to the Newcon ERP;
  • Control and management of Newcon ERP packages and releases (Sequential, Market, and Branch/Versions);
  • Perform testing/homologation in modules or functionalities of low-to-medium complexity;
  • Conduct internal or external benchmarking to gather knowledge and experience related to the Consortium business;
  • Participate in events related to new legal/mandatory requirements, functionalities, or business evolution;
  • Participate in activities related to innovation.

Requirements

  • Higher Education completed in one of the following fields: Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Computer Engineering, Computer Networks, Telecommunications Management, Databases, Systems Development, or Information Technology Management;
  • Experience with the Newcon system;
  • PL/SQL – intermediate knowledge in creating queries;
  • Intermediate Excel;
  • Knowledge of and experience with ITIL best practices.
