- Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener soluciones empresariales utilizando Power Apps y Power Automate.
- Implementar y migrar soluciones en SharePoint Online y SharePoint On-Premises.

- Integrar soluciones con otras plataformas de Microsoft 365, incluyendo Teams y Microsoft Bot Framework.

- Aportar en la toma de decisiones tecnológicas y contribuir a la mejora continua de procesos.

Requirements
- +3 años de experiencia en desarrollo con herramientas Microsoft.
- Dominio avanzado de Power Apps y Power Automate.
- Experiencia sólida en desarrollo y migración de sitios y soluciones en SharePoint.
- Conocimiento de integración con Dataverse, Azure Functions, APIs REST y conectores personalizados.
- Experiencia en desarrollo de bots dentro del ecosistema Microsoft 365 (ej: Power Virtual Agents, Bot Framework).
- Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo, gestión autónoma y enfoque orientado a resultados.
- Deseable Certificaciones Microsoft (PL-100, PL-400, etc.).
- Experiencia en proyectos ágiles (Scrum/Kanban).
