Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience
  • Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment
  • One year of experience in a financial institution (desired)
  • Thorough understanding of the sales process
  • Strong proficiency with learning new systems
  • Ability to complete a 12-week in-house training program
  • Comprehensive understanding of Credit Union objectives
