Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience
Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment
One year of experience in a financial institution (desired)
Thorough understanding of the sales process
Strong proficiency with learning new systems
Ability to complete a 12-week in-house training program
Comprehensive understanding of Credit Union objectives
