Media Sales & Partnerships Manager managing B2B partnerships and campaign activations for Mr. Pink Group's lifestyle brands. Driving sales strategies and collaborating with content and event teams in hybrid settings.
Responsibilities
You close deals — acquiring and managing brand partners
Develop tailored campaign ideas and creative pitch concepts
Prepare proposals, presentations and media plans
Closely coordinate with city-based campaign, content and event teams
Key account management and proactive networking, online and offline
Monitor market and trends and contribute to the continuous development of our sales strategy
Requirements
Experience in the media, agency or lifestyle sectors — ideally in brand partnerships or media sales
A strong drive and determination to close deals
A creative sensibility for brands and their positioning
Strong communication skills, reliability and negotiation ability
A structured working approach and a high level of ownership
Ambitious, motivated and eager to grow with us — with potential to move into a leadership role
An existing network in relevant industries such as F&B, lifestyle, travel, fashion, automotive, beauty, agencies, etc.
Nice to have, but not required: based in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) or willing to travel occasionally to Cologne/Düsseldorf for team meetings and events
