About the role
- Design and execute integrated campaigns combining direct mail, digital, and e-commerce solutions to deliver results for local businesses
- Utilize best-in-class data and analytics to design and implement marketing strategies for clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with small and medium-sized businesses
- Generate new leads and expand client base through prospecting and relationship-building
- Craft campaigns that seamlessly integrate direct mail with advanced e-commerce and digital strategies
- Participate in paid training and use company sales tools and technology to deliver exceptional results
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales and relationship building, preferably with a background in media or direct mail
- Forward-thinking, tech-savvy individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Passion for integrating traditional and digital marketing to deliver innovative solutions
- Ability to generate new leads and expand client base
- Comfortable with outside sales in the Central New Jersey area (Morristown or Warren preferred)

- Competitive Compensation: base salary plus $15,000 in guaranteed commissions for your first year, with uncapped earning potential.
