About the role
- Marketing Specialist managing creative projects for digital media and print in an AI-focused consulting firm. Developing concepts and managing campaigns in B2B environments.
Responsibilities
- Implement, further develop and maintain the corporate design, including all creative assets such as visual concepts, graphics, photos, videos and animations, also using modern AI tools.
- Create layouts and professionally execute all design ideas across our website, social media channels and newsletters, as well as for flyers, PowerPoint presentations, white papers and promotional materials.
- Manage campaigns in our CRM (HubSpot) as well as on LinkedIn and Meta.
- Coordinate external service providers such as print shops, agencies, producers and other vendors.
- Support target-group-oriented marketing campaigns in the B2B and recruiting areas, including storytelling.
Requirements
- Completed training as a media designer or a comparable qualification, or equivalent professional experience in a similar role
- At least 2 years of professional experience and solid knowledge in digital media
- Confident use of common image/video/graphics editing software (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing with Adobe Premiere or similar)
- Initial experience in campaign management with CRM tools and in social media
- Enjoyment using current AI tools for content creation
- Good skills in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
- Strong affinity for typography, a pronounced sense of color and form, and an eye for detail
- Good time management and goal orientation
- Resilient team player with a high degree of initiative, reliability and creativity
- Very good German (C1) and English language skills
