About the role

  • Support go-to-market activities across Central Europe
  • Support the Senior Regional Marketing Manager for Northern Europe and Africa in localising global campaigns
  • Execute persona-driven initiatives, planning and coordinating events
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing colleagues to bring our activities to life
  • Track the ROI on initiatives and pipeline acceleration
  • Collaborate with Campaigns and Rev Ops teams to execute paid, earned, and owned media campaigns
  • Monitor funnel metrics, nurture program performance, and continuously optimise lead quality
  • Strengthen alignment and transparency between marketing and sales on lead definitions, qualification, and follow-up
  • Localise centrally produced content to suit regional audiences
  • Lead the execution of physical and digital events in-region
  • Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, and Corporate Marketing to ensure alignment and joint planning
  • Manage local media and sponsorship partnerships, ensuring performance reviews
  • Maintain relationships with key partners, suppliers, and media contacts in-market

Requirements

  • Native/fluent German and Polish, plus strong business English (written & verbal)
  • Bachelor’s degree (or similar) in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • First experience as a marketeer or similar role, within B2B
  • Familiarity with the markets Germany and Poland
  • First experience with marketing automation (eg Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce) and digital campaign management
  • Social media management and content creation skills
  • Previous experience with event planning and execution (online and offline)
  • Experience in the HR, Consulting, or professional services sector is advantageous
  • You are data-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment where learning and agility are key.
