Responsibilities
Design high-quality visuals that bring our brand to life across marketing, communications, and internal initiatives
Develop creative assets for campaigns including digital ads, social media, landing pages, emails, presentations, and event materials
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive and consistent visual identity
Collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders to concept and execute design solutions that support business goals
Create scalable systems of brand assets, templates, and design toolkits for use across the organization
Support internal communications and employer brand efforts with engaging visuals
Contribute to creative strategy and brainstorming sessions
Present and articulate design rationale to stakeholders at various levels of the business
Advocate for best practices in visual storytelling, typography, color, and layout
Requirements
5+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or visual design with a strong digital portfolio
A portfolio that demonstrates excellence in brand execution across diverse formats and channels
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as Figma
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Experience maintaining and evolving a brand identity across a growing organization
Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
