About the role

  • Play a key role in planning and delivering creative campaigns that drive engagement, grow audiences, and promote our publications, events, and CPD content
  • Create engaging content for emails, websites, social media, and paid ads
  • Work closely with editorial, sales, and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Help manage our websites and marketing platforms
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns using analytics tools
  • Stay up to date with marketing trends, tools, and best practices within healthcare and publishing

Requirements

  • Experience in a marketing role, creating and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (email, SEO, social, PPC, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of marketing tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
  • A creative eye and strong attention to detail
  • Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple campaigns at once
  • A background in publishing, healthcare, or education marketing is a plus
