About the role
- Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy to position the company as a leader in the electric powersports industry.
- Oversee brand development, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all channels.
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, SEO, SEM, and influencer partnerships.
- Manage the creation and execution of content marketing initiatives, including videos, blogs, and social media content.
- Plan and execute product launches, participate in and organize trade shows, and run experiential marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop campaigns that generate leads and drive conversions.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with industry influencers, media, and key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure maximum return on marketing investments.
- Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing, efficient marketing team.
Requirements
- More than 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in the powersports, automotive, or outdoor recreation industries is a significant asset.
- Proven track record in digital marketing, brand strategy, and campaign execution.
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Passion for sustainability, technology, and the powersports industry.
- Bilingual (English and French) preferred due to our Francophone and Anglophone client base.
