Marketing Communications Manager at Cadence 3 crafting high-impact content for major tech brands. Join a senior team that values storytelling and strategy in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Own the message. Do research, work with SMEs, and build narratives across touchpoints—video scripts, executive presentations, email campaigns, social posts, landing pages, digital content, internal decks, marketing one-pagers, and beyond.
Write with impact. Fast. Smart. Clear. Always aligned to audience and business goals. Always human.
Drive the thread. Help us connect the dots across our campaigns and content—making sure every asset contributes to a consistent, layered, audience-centric story across the full funnel.
Create for us and our clients. Build both Cadence 3's brand story and the marketing comms strategy behind some of the biggest names in tech.
Build hooks that stick. Lead with what we solve and the impact it drives, not just what we do.
Know how to land a message with the right tone and framing for each audience.
Leverage insights. Pull from data, performance, and audience behavior to optimize content strategy and storytelling choices.
Play by the rules, but push the boundaries. Use brand voice and style guides as a foundation, not a crutch. Know when to bend the rules to make something better.
Thrive in ambiguity. Know how to move with speed, ask the right questions, and build clarity even when everything isn’t locked down.
Requirements
7–10+ years of experience in marketing communications, content strategy, or brand storytelling—preferably with tech or agency background.
A strong portfolio that shows versatility across formats (video, email, social, executive decks, web, brand messaging).
An obsession with voice, tone, and audience. You can feel when a message lands—and when it doesn’t.
Experience using AI tools to scale content, brainstorm, or test ideas—but a conviction that the best work still comes from human creativity.
Strategic chops to see the red thread and build toward the big picture.
Speed and agility. You don’t wait for a perfect brief—you help shape it.
A collaborative, proactive attitude. No ego. No drama. Just strong, smart work.
