About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing the communications strategy
  • Contribute to developing the Community's editorial strategy
  • Maintain and update the website by proposing and writing articles
  • Prepare and distribute a monthly newsletter
  • Write various materials: brochures, guides, press releases, press kits, etc.
  • Contribute to the Community's digital strategy and adapt it for each social network
  • Contribute to the content calendar
  • Create impactful posts and publications
  • Design visuals
  • Manage and engage the different communities
  • Support the organization of mobilization and institutional events
  • Support press relations management
  • Support the launch of new corporate engagement topics
  • Support the monitoring and development of institutional relations

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing higher education (Master's level / Bac+4/5) in Communications, Public Affairs, Political Science, or a related field
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Familiarity with graphic design/DTP tools (Canva, video editing software, etc.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Awareness of current affairs and an understanding of public policy issues
  • Creative, responsive, autonomous, and versatile
  • Knowledge of corporate engagement or sustainability topics is a plus
