About the role
- Manager of Strategic Sourcing at KUBRA optimizing procurement processes and vendor relationships. Leading initiatives in a growing company delivering customer communication solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, identifying and qualifying vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor performance.
- Maintain the accuracy of all the tools and processes used in Vendor Management such as Linksquares, Oracle and ServiceNow.
- Conduct spend and deal analytics to facilitate technology negotiation processes during initial procurement and subsequent renewals, offering comprehensive insights into our expenditure.
- Work closely with our parent company and their sourcing team along with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, align sourcing objectives, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Sourcing or related Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Advanced degree (MBA) or relevant certifications (e.g., CPSM, CPIM) is a plus.
- 8 to 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management with preference towards IT procurement
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sourcing strategies in a medium to large-scale organization
- Experience in managing supplier relationships and conducting complex negotiations
- Proven track record of delivering sourcing savings and value creation
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and MS Excel for analysis and financial modeling.
- In-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement best practices, including experience leading RFIs/RFPs, vendor negotiations, and contracting.
