About the role

Requirements
- A completed degree in business or a technical field, or a commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience, or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in purchasing planning and construction services
- Knowledge of HOAI and VOB is an advantage
- Experience applying public procurement law
- Experience in developing and drafting framework agreements
- A respectful communication style and enthusiasm for collaborating across multiple interfaces/stakeholders
